Form 1 of 3 — Accredited Investor & Qualified Purchaser Certification
Purpose
This certification is required for access to the Pyrite Risk Experts platform by US-based users. Pyrite Risk Experts is not a registered investment adviser. This form is used solely to verify that you meet the investor eligibility thresholds required for access to the Platform, consistent with the definitions set out in the US Securities Act of 1933, the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, and the Investment Company Act of 1940. Completion of this form does not create an investment advisory relationship between you and Pyrite.
Section 1 — Investor Information
Section 2 — Accredited Investor Status (Rule 501(a), Regulation D)
Check ALL categories that apply to you. You must check at least one box in this Section or Section 3 to qualify for Platform access.
(A) I satisfy the Income Test described above. I understand that if my income falls below the threshold in the current year I must notify Pyrite immediately.
(B) I satisfy the Net Worth Test described above. My net worth (as defined, excluding primary residence) exceeds USD 1,000,000.
(C) I hold the following FINRA licence(s) in good standing:
(D) I represent an entity that qualifies as an Accredited Investor under Rule 501(a)(1), (2), (3), (4), (7), or (8). Entity type:
Section 3 — Qualified Purchaser Status (Section 2(a)(51), Investment Company Act 1940)
Check if applicable. Qualified Purchaser status is required for access to certain Content on the Platform.
(E) I am an individual who owns not less than USD 5,000,000 in investments as defined in Section 2(a)(51)(A)(i) of the Investment Company Act of 1940 and Rule 2a51-1 thereunder.
(F) I represent such an entity owning not less than USD 5,000,000 in investments.
(G) I am an investment manager with not less than USD 25,000,000 under discretionary management, all invested on behalf of Qualified Purchasers.

I represent and warrant that the information provided in this certification is true, accurate, and complete as of the date below, and I undertake to notify Pyrite promptly if my circumstances change such that I no longer satisfy the criteria I have checked above.
I understand that Pyrite will rely on this certification and that providing false information may result in immediate termination of my platform access.
